Buying golf equipment is just like an investment. Therefore you must take proper care as not to invest on wrong equipment.However armed with some knowledge you can save time and money in selecting the right clubs for yourself. As a beginner, you don’t really know the type of golf clubs that suits you best. If you are just trying out the game and are not completely sure of your commitment to this addictive game, it is advisable for you to eitherĀ  rent clubs at the golf course or buy a starter set of clubs. Another cheaper option is for you to buy a second hand clubs.

Buying a set of starter clubs will enable you to become accustomed to them.It will enable you to concentrate more on learning the proper technique of golf rather than trying to figure out how the miss-match clubs you rented are going to work out. Once you become better at the game and feel committed, you may need a better set of clubs that are tailored to your need.
